Contact for reports & appeals: jxlove2004@gmail.com (in-app “Report” available)
Applies to: all user-generated content (UGC), including posts, comments, profiles, images, videos, chats, and links.
1) Purpose & Who May Use
We built this community to help students share campus life safely and respectfully.
-
Age & eligibility. The service is intended for users 13+ and primarily for verified university students, faculty, and staff. If you are under 13, do not use the service (COPPA). We may require school email verification or other eligibility checks.
-
Your responsibility. You are responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything illegal, unsafe, or that violates these Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and comply with the law.
2) Safety & Respect: What’s Not Allowed
Content or behavior that includes any of the following may be removed. Repeated or severe violations can lead to account suspension or termination.
-
Illegal or dangerous activities. Soliciting, facilitating, or depicting unlawful acts (e.g., buying/selling controlled substances, weapons, forged IDs; instructions for crime).
-
Violence & threats. Credible threats; intimidation; celebrating or inciting violence; gore or graphic injury.
-
Sexual content & exploitation.
-
Absolutely prohibited: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). We report CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement.
-
Pornographic or explicit sexual content is not permitted in public areas of the service.
-
-
Harassment & hate. Targeted harassment, doxxing, stalking; slurs or demeaning content about a protected class(race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status).
-
Self-harm. Content that promotes or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
-
Privacy violations. Sharing someone’s personal data (e.g., real name with school+room number, phone, student ID, private photos, recordings) without permission; hidden-camera or voyeuristic content; classrooms or private spaces recorded without consent.
-
Academic integrity. Selling or trading exam questions/answers, graded materials, or paid homework/essay services; coordinating cheating or plagiarism.
-
Impersonation & deception. Pretending to be another person or official entity; deepfakes presented as real; scams or phishing.
-
Spam & platform abuse. Mass or repetitive posting, link farming, engagement manipulation, malware, scraping, or actions that degrade service reliability.
-
Intellectual property. Infringing uploads or links to pirated materials. See DMCA process below.
-
Commercial promotions (limited).
-
No credit-card/insurance/medical ads; no gambling, betting, or adult services; no account sales/sharing.
-
Promotions, recruiting, or event ads must follow Section 4 (Promotions & Sales Policy).
-
-
Off-topic politics. To keep the app campus-focused, broad political campaigning or partisan advocacy is not allowed on general boards. If a dedicated board exists, you must use it and follow all rules (no harassment, no voter suppression, no misinformation that could cause harm).
-
Emergency harm & public safety. Hoaxes (e.g., bomb threats, swatting), instructions encouraging unsafe behavior, or misinformation that risks imminent harm.
3) Community Operations (Moderation & UGC Controls)
To comply with app-store UGC standards, the app provides:
-
Content filters and automated tools to reduce objectionable material.
-
Report buttons on posts, comments, profiles, and chats; team review and action.
-
Block & mute features so you can stop another user from contacting you.
-
Contact channel: jxlove2004@gmail.com for urgent issues and appeals.
Enforcement steps (may vary by severity): content removal → warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. For severe abuse (e.g., CSAM, credible threats), we escalate immediately and may notify law enforcement. We may preserve logs for investigations consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Appeals. You may appeal a moderation action within 14 days by emailing jxlove2004@gmail.com with links/screenshots.
4) Promotions & Sales Policy
We limit advertising to keep feeds useful and non-spammy.
Allowed only in designated boards or forms (if enabled): student clubs recognized by a school, on-campus events, peer-to-peer sales of everyday items (no tickets above face value; no restricted goods).
Not allowed anywhere: credit cards/insurance/medical services; gambling/betting; adult services; multi-level marketing; buying/selling accounts; job postings that collect SSN or sensitive data, or that seem fraudulent.
Recruiting & hiring: campus jobs and internships may be posted in the proper category with truthful details and a legitimate contact.
Link rules: no link shorteners that hide destination; no pay-to-join or referral-spam schemes.
5) Posting Rules
-
No spam or flooding. Don’t post the same or highly similar content repeatedly or to multiple boards.
-
Stay on topic. Use the correct board/category.
-
Editing/deleting. You can edit or delete your own posts unless they are part of an active investigation or have been taken down for violations.
-
Hot/Best posts. If we display “popular” sections, eligibility may exclude promo boards, politics, and other specialized forums at our discretion.
6) Board & Chat Moderators
We may appoint board moderators and chat admins to help keep spaces on topic and safe.
-
Moderators can remove off-topic or violating content, apply mutes, or request staff review.
-
Mods must follow these Guidelines; abuse of tools can lead to removal of privileges.
-
Dormant or unmanaged boards/chats may be hidden or closed.
-
Chat admins cannot read private messages beyond what participants can see; they can enforce rules inside their rooms and hand over admin status if they leave.
7) Privacy & Defamation Takedowns

Your notice must include: (a) work identified, (b) infringing material’s URL, (c) your contact, (d) good-faith statement, (e) statement under penalty of perjury, (f) physical or electronic signature.
